I am writing this letter so you may use it by sharing it with prospective clients so they may feel more comfortable buying or selling their largest asset with you as their Realtor.

First, I want to express the fact that Gary grealty exceeded my expectations in every way through the entire process of selling my home and buying my next one.

Gary started by advising me on how to properly price my home, so it would sell... and it did, in three weeks.  He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and insightful with negotiations with the Buyer, saving me thousands of dollars.

Then, he put me in touch with a company that took care of any improvements or repairs that needed to be done to my home in response to the Buyer's home inspection.

He then put me in touch with a mortgage company that not only provided a great interest rate but also connected me with another individual that is a true porfessional a well, saving me thousands more.

Afterwards he advised me on and showed me homes that truly met my needs and guiding me towards properties that were good financial investments as well.

After finding the home I wanted he was instrumental in negotiating another great deal for me once again, saving me thousands.  After  I closed his excellent service did not stop there.  Due to my unique situation, his guidance, help and involvement were still needed.  As I have come to expect from Gary, he came through for me in a big way.

I am not easily impressed; I expect good service. I did not expect to work with someone that exceeded my expectations in EVERY way from initial consultation on selling my previous residence, to ensuring my total satisfaction after I closed on my new home.

Gary RUble is a professional, sincere, knowledgeable and bottom-line: by far-and-away provided me with the best service, advice and guidance through the entire process of selling and buying my previous and existing homes.

I am recommending him as the 'Best in the business'.  When I go to sell or buy again...my first call will be to Gary Ruble.

I thought it might have been a mistake, but wasn't 100% sure.

At any reate, the new house still needs work and I've been working really long hours to actually enjoy the home, but I do enjoy it when I'm home:)

I didn't really get a chance to thank the Ruble Team for all your hard work and dedication to helping me find a home and making the move to Indy a pleasant one.  So please pass this on to everyone who helped with this process.

I wanted to write a letter to let you know how much we enjoyed getting to know you by working with you to buy our house.  It was such a pleasure to work with two such wonderful people as we tried to find the right house for our family.  It was clear to both Lori and I that you were more concerned with helping us find the right home than just selling us a house.  You were patient with us as we continued to look at house after house after house…...  You gave us your honest opinion of every house when we sought it.  You also helped to steer us away from homes that we were considering due to frustration in how long it was taking even though those homes did not fit our needs.  You got to know us and our needs and never once lost sight of those. 

Lori and I started with you both as our realtors.  In the end we ended up with two people we consider good friends.  You are both wonderful people in our lives besides being awesome realtors.  Lori and I both wish you continued success in 2010 and look forward to our times when we can continue getting together as friends.
